Bridal Blitz specialises in delivering a creative and unique touch to your Wedding Day or social event. 

The website promotes a variety of services that they offer including wedding dance choreography, formal make-up and Ballroom & Latin American Dancing Demonstrations, and also includes an online shop selling shoes, accessories and personalised wedding wear.

The Shade Guys NQ specialise in outdoor shade products to enhance your outdoor living experience. Located in Townsville QLD they service from Bowen to Cardwell and conduct four visits a year to Mt Isa and the West.

Chris and Michelle wanted to be able to promote the products and services they offer in an easy to use format that they could update as the range changed.

Noorla Heritage Resort

The Noorla has been described as a grand mansion, a beautiful boutique hotel and stately country club. It is an elegant, fully restored Italian Art Deco building, built in 1923 in the Shire of Hinchinbrook. It is located on the Tropical Coast in the center of the main town Ingham, thirty minutes from the world famous Hinchinbrook Island and thirty minutes from the highest waterfall in the southern hemisphere, Wallaman Falls.

Techniques Hair | Beauty specialises in ladies and mens style cuts, colours, hair extensions and bridal, whilst also providing a range of beauty services and relaxing massage treatments. Their previous website contained their contact details and opening hours but not much else which was effecting their search engine rankings. 

The new website has a funky new look to match their gorgeous salon, and provide information to customers as well as attract new audiences through improved search engine optimisation. To top it all off, the girls can easily login and make changes to their website as needed without having to pay hundreds of dollars to a developer every year.

Townsville Business Womens Network

The Townsville Business Womens Network (TBWN) was established in 1990 with only 40 local business women and has since grown to a collective membership of over 400 members.  The network provides opportunities for local business women to meet, network, and share knowledge through monthly events.

To meet the growing needs of the organisation, and as part of the revamping of their corporate image established by graphic designer Kim Miller, a new website was developed.  

Events Calendar, Online Forms and Members Pages

The website includes an integrated events calendar where members can see what is on for that month, as well as download the calendar straight to their Outlook Calendar.  Members can also register and pay online for events using an easy to use web form linked to Bendigo Bank.

 Each member is issued with a unique username and password, and once logged in can access additional features such as managing their contact details, adding member discounts for their organisation, and searching the extensive database of members. 

 

Member Search

The member search facility allows logged in members to search for other members (currently by member name or organisation) using a live search feature which displays results as soon as they begin typing. This is handy if they are unsure of the spelling or full name details of a person they wish to find as the search results happen in real-time they can quickly change them to accurately find what they are looking for.

Each member has a contact card which is marked up using the hcard microformat. This allows users with hcard extraction tools in their web browser (such as operator for firefox) to download a members full contact card in one easy click and save it directly to their address book.

Bored with other florists websites, owner Deb Carter was looking for a simple yet funky site on a low budget, with lots of bright colours to attract visitors imagination and attention and seperate herself from the competition.
